Not monday nights!

I think some people were talking about hopping on friday to get some stuff done. Feel free to post what time range you plan on in case anyone wants to join ya.

I might be on at some point random during the day to do some blue mage while I can still freely teleport to the nations. But I believe Carol and I talked about maybe doing the bard quest tonight. Time is up to her.

Yeah Im going to the movies tonight, so I might be on by 9 pm, maybe a little earlier. However I am camped out on the Le Theine/Dunes Border, so trying to get to Jeuno to do the Bard quest shouldn't be so bad.

Mish and I will be on a little bit tonight, maybe otmorrow night too, and I will be online on and off through the end of Sunbreeze trying to get more fishies. ^__^

I like the rp part of playing, but the battling, not so much. FFXI's battle system is so archaic. ^_^;

But at least Joy got me a bunch of warp points or something so now I don't have to ride everywhere on a chocobo.

Oh it is archaic, that's why I'm trying to get as much out of the RPing as possible. If it's that much of a problem have you considered trying to convince everyone to jump over to WoW?

I've never played WoW.

I like the setting of FFXI anyway, even if I don't like the battle system much. ^_^

I am apparently the only officer who can be online for Dynamis on Wed, so I will be running that. I should be able to make it online after that. Which would be around 11pm PDT.

So how was the all-nighter? I went to bed early so I missed you guys.

It was fun.

First part was Sae and Jestor training and talking.

Then he showed her the crags.

Then we met up with Coravin and Coravin is now attempting to teach Jestor how to flirt. ><

We ended the night at 7am EDT.

Poo.. I totally forgot about it. I was contemplating joining for at least a little while. >_<

Yeah, it was three parts. Our original plan was to have Sae invite both Jestor and Rhoa individually for training and then they both show up so Sae could get everyone together. But James had to sleep so we just had the two of us. And we RPed and leveled. Then I had her do all the Cut Scenes to get her to be able to access the Crags. (And these are long cut scenes, so that took awhile.)

And then we fought in there for awhile, there seems to be a lot fewer monsters in there than I remember in the past. And I really think once we got all 6 of us ready we could try to clear one. (If we clear all three we get to go to Tavnazia!) But we would need to farm recolections (which we can easily do in groups of 2+). I got one of them when I was in the area with Joy.

Then we got Mish to log in and gathered together and RPed things...which led to flirting, and then Jestor saying he didn't understand the art of flirting, and Cor saying she could teach him, and he said, 'Um...okay'. And it just went from there...it was pretty funny. (And I've learned another thing about Jestor...apparently he doesn't no how to react to complements)

Jestor getting flirting lessons is HI-LARIOUS in my head. XD

It was also hilarious there in person too! *chuckle*

If memory serves Saehel was supposed to try and get Jestor and Rhoa together today to try and resolve the problem. Just checking to see when you two plan on being on.

Just letting you know, 7-8 eastern time I'm gonna be out of the house for a bit.

Just got done with Odin, so will be logging on shortly. (So guessing we'll see you around 8pm your time.)

I was about to hop on XD but I'll wait about 30 minutes, that should let me get the hakama cut out for Mish's Soifon costume. As it turns out I am a lazy bastard today.

I was just told if we don't move linkshell, I will be hated every monday. Thus I reopen negotiations for moving linkshell night.

Right now the only 'bad' nights for me are Monday, Thursday and Saturday. (With Friday on the list in the future.)

Monday is symphony most of the time. (We get the last two weeks of October off though! Woohoo!)

Tuesday I'll have to rearrange things, but that's doable. My Mom's B-day is on the 19th, but we had planned on celebrating the 20th. (But I've found out I don't have symphony on the 19th, so if we move to Tuesday I can probably get that date moved from the 20th to the 19th.)

Wed I 'might' have things come up as that is my pager day, however it's normally quiet and after 9pm Central the India team takes over.

Thursday I host Anime Night here, I could do stuff, but only small RP and that's if we aren't watching subtitled anime.

Friday is open now, but in about a month I'll have a table top game I'll be playing in every other week.

Saturday I'm normally doing stuff with local ppl.

Sunday is totally free.


So I guess for me the good nights would be Tuesday, Wednesday or Sunday.

I could do Wensdays or thursdays currently. Weekends are generally bad cause I larp, but those should die down a bit later. Not too sure though.

Normally I close on Tuesday and Thursday (have had the last 2 Thursdays off though) but due to the time zone difference I still get out late enough on Friday and Saturday that those won't work for you guys either, probably same deal on any day I work, the earliest I'm usually out of work is 9pm EST. I could change my days off but it would probably take 3 weeks to go into effect.

I won't hate ya Kristie, In fact I must say I've never liked mondays until now. XD

I can make myself time on almost any day, my schedule's pretty open in the evenings currently (Then again, I'm not in any other RPs at the moment.)

I just got annoyed because Monday is the ONLY night I can't make it. I'm free the rest of the week. (Yesterday was a fluke because my instructor accidentally assigned me the same patient as the week before. Hooray!)

And even if I suck it up and just deal with never getting to play, it STILL sucks because Kristy's playing, and thus doesn't go to bed until late. I'm a retardedly light sleeper, so that means I don't go to bed until late. And then Tuesday I get up at 5. So 4 or 5 hours of sleep sucks A LOT before clinicals.

Please, for my sanity, move linkshell. FFXI is the only game I play. ANY day of the week but Monday works for me. Thank you.

Was misinformed on Saehel's info. Since she was available on tonight (Wed) and didn't mention it above, I marked it as good. However, she isn't able to be online until 9:30 to 10pm Eastern. (Just like me on Mondays). So she's kinda available then.

So.. what do we do the two nights thing? I still don't like it. Especially since according to the chart, the second night would be Wednesday and I'd be the only one absent. (Then again, the DM for that game does postpone a lot for school...)

Hopefully come Dec, half of our schedules (and timezones lol) will work out better.

Now that I think about it, we're all starting to itch for the lev. 40 content but we don't want to start it until everyone's caught up. Is there some way we could say that the next month or so will not have any major group events, we just keep it to for-fun RP and getting everyone to the lev. 40 bracket?

That way we won't all need to be there at once since it's just grinding and for-fun RPing. We could spread it over a few days so everyone has at least two people to hang out with. Also, if any BIG events need to happen we can plan for those as needed.

It's not a great solution but it's the best thing I can think of, any thoughts?

I might be leaving my wednesday game in the near future. We just finished the current story line we were on and I see a logical way my character my leave at the moment... especially since I'll have to quit the game anyway when we move. Might just go ahead and take the opportunity.

Trained (got Cor halfway to 26)
Then took a side trip to Rabao for mother/daughter time.

I redid everyone's icons. They used to have a blue background like the old ls. Now they're grey to match this forum. Also, Kinikko's was revamped to reflect her personality. Didn't know the character when I first made that icon.

I'm changing my availability to have Wednesday/Thursday off, to match Michelle's. And then I can also watch Flash Forward on Thursday nights. XD

Where does a swishy whm taru go when Pashow no longer wields any XP? I just managed to lvl myself to 33 and things in Rolannberry are still kicking my arse.

You can try over in the Meriphatad mountains. I took on the evil weapons there between the marshlands and Rollanberry...but that was a Dragoon. You may need to fall back on the Courels and Quadavs. The batallia's tigers are probably too much for you but you may be able to mess with the goblins and orcs roaming in the area. You could try the champaign but there are a lot of high level creatures that are aggressive so use caution.

Worse comes to worse maybe drop one of us a message if we're on skype and we can come help.

I have no idea where the Meriphatad Mountains are. Though if you were taking them as a Dragoon, I doubt I could handle it as a white mage. I don't know if I can do Skype at the moment either because of a bad cough :/

The mountains are the place where the giant bone spine travels across the area. It's southeast of Jueno. The weapons may be out of your league but the courels and other creatures may be good for ya. I can promise you it'll work if you have a buddy too.

Can't call Keahi this weekend; she's larping.

I forgot about that! Stupid Pooterhat. I need a freaking replica maul. I wanted to camp Lumbering Lambert/Rampaging Ram to get a purple belt for Mish, then I can trigger the quest for Brown Belt for myself >< which looks like it will be rough.
